This Tom Jackson Design offers three nines, all of which are different.  All three nines are reminiscent of those early days of golf with the "Meadows", "Highlands" & "Woodlands" nines. Tucked among towering hardwoods and the beautiful Waccamaw River, this course features extensive mounding, wide landing areas, & bent grass greens. The must play is the Woodlands nine that lies in the heart of the Waccamaw River, once back there you will experience a serenity that happens rarely in golf.

Located near Barefoot Landing, Arcadian Shores has always been considered a classic in Myrtle Beach. Famed golf course designer, Reese Jones created Arcadian Shores amonst the tall southern pines that line the fairways. Ponds and 64 bunkers add to the natural beauty of Arcadian Shores. Reese Jones offers 5 sets of tees in order to accommodate every skill level of player.

Cape Fear National is the newest Myrtle Beach golf, which was designed by Tim Cate. Locted between Wilmington NC and Myrtle Beach, Cape Fear is the perfect drive in or drive out of town golf course. Cate's use of water, bunkering and native grasses hightens your senses. The course is more than just beauty, it is a wonderful layout with fairways that bend either direction.  

Heather Glen, located in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is the masterpiece of Willard Byrd and Clyde Johnson. The course sits on a 400 acre historic site and is a must play on your next golf outing to Myrtle Beach!

Indian Wells is centrally located in Myrtle Beach. The Golf Course Owner Association of Myrtle Beach awarded Indian Wells as the best golf course in Myrtle Beach in 2004. Gene Hamm the golf designer, put water on 15 of the 18 holes. The water is out of play on most holes because of the generous fairways. The holes bend giving h the par fours and par five character. Landscaping adds color to the course all year long. Once you have played Indian Wells, you will better understand why the golf course has received the honors it has.

By moving over 400,000 cubic yards of dirt, adding 7,000 azaleas and 600 hardwood trees, enlarging lakes, bunkers and greens, and planting new "Crenshaw" bent grass greens, Palmer created what many believe to be the finest course on the Grand Strand-The front and back nines have been reversed, so the island green is now the 12th hole. The 18th hole, nicknamed "The Bull's-eye" by Golf Magazine, has over 40 sand traps guarding either side of the fairway, and the green reaches out into a lake offering a number of very tempting pin placements.

Ocean Ridge Plantation is proudly home of the Big Cats and is must stop during your next golf outing. The complex houses 4 championship golf courses: Lion's Paw, Panther's Run, Tiger's Eye and Leopard's Chase. A Clyde Johnston design with a Scottish feel placed along the freshwater lakes and wetlands of this former rice plantation. Strategically placed bunkers and prestine fairways set up the challenge of the bentgrass greens, with Scottish mounding highlighting each hole. Wachesaw East uses a yardage and course information system. Each cart features a computer display which shows full color hole layouts and yardages. The system allows the golfer and the pro shop to communicate with each other. The course was sculptured out of gently rolling terrain, with heavily wooded areas that offer five sets of tees to  accommodate golfers of all abilities.

The course received national exposure as home of the Kathy Ireland City of Hope LPGA Golf Tournament from 1997 through 2000.
